Our New Year's resolutions are often the same: eat healthier, work out more, save more money, and spend less time on social media. These resolutions may seem simple enough but they're not always easy to achieve.

The first step is to create a plan for your resolution and make it achievable. You should also be realistic about your goals. If you want to start working out every day but you can't do that because of your busy schedule, then try to work out at least three times a week.

It's also important to set deadlines for yourself - this will help you stay motivated and push yourself harder. It's best if you set these deadlines in advance so that they're not too far away from each other - this way, it'll be easier for you to keep up with them.
